MEET SAMMY
If you’re talking to another bird, Sammy would like a word. He’s curious, interested in what we’re doing, and very much wants to be part of it.
Sammy has a happy, goofy and sweet disposition, and very much wants to be included in all the activities. Since his time in our rescue, we’ve found Sammy to be a little gentleman.
Sammy is an older male Solomon Island Eclectus. We believe he’s around 30 years old, give or take a few years. We’re still getting to know him, and these are our early observations.

Special considerations
Eclectus require a specialized diet. If you’re interested in adoption, be prepared to do a little research and reading on why that is and how to feed them properly for maximum health and wellness.
